Caring for All
At UMC, we work tirelessly to provide you and your loved ones with the highest level of care and service.
In this section, you will find detailed information about patient care, billing information, visiting policies and hours, ATMs, free Wi-Fi access, and dining options in and around our hospital campus.
For information regarding your care team, discharge information, billing and insurance and medical records, please see our patient information.

Waiting Areas
Comfortable waiting areas for visitors are located on each patient unit. Family members of patients undergoing surgery are welcome to wait in the waiting room near the surgical suite where the surgeon will call on them following the procedure. The waiting room for same-day surgeries is located on the first floor near the main lobby. After a procedure and post-anesthesia recovery, same-day patients will be transported back to the Ambulatory Surgery Center, where they can receive visitors at the bedside.
Clergy
A nondenominational Reflection Room is located on the first floor of the hospital. All clergy are welcome to visit members of their congregations who are hospitalized. If your place of worship does not have a representative assigned to visit patients on a regular basis, we suggest that you or your loved one notify your clergy personally to arrange visitation.
UMC will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability status, sexual orientation, or gender identity or expression in rendering services to patients.
