UMC Foundation Donation

Following the tragic event in Las Vegas on Oct 1, 2017, the community and concerned individuals across the nation and world have provided overwhelming support and well wishes to our patients, their families and our staff.

Generous donors have also expressed a desire to support the victims of this tragic event and we appreciate their compassion and kindness.  UMC is working to link these wonderful donors with dedicated victims-support fundraising efforts, such as the Las Vegas Victim’s Fund (LVVF).  More information on the LVVF can be found at http://www.clarkcountynv.gov/.

For donors who wish to contribute to UMC directly, we have established an on-line donation option through our UMC Foundation (see below) with gifts directed toward Emergency Services and the Level 1 Trauma Center, which support our mission to serve our community by providing patient-centered care.

Donations to the UMC Foundation will be used by the UMC Emergency Services and Trauma Center teams to help fund items such as:

  1. State-of-the-art equipment and technology
  2. Staff and community education and training
  3. Staff and patient counseling and support services
  4. General support for Emergency and Trauma staffing and operations

These donations will help promote UMC’s continued and enhanced preparedness to meet the community’s needs for advanced emergency and trauma services.
